Session Pricing

Individual counseling sessions are $135 per 55-minutes.

I prorate costs in 15 minute increments for extended therapy sessions for either individual or couple counseling. We will discuss this if this is the need.

Couples sessions or equine-assisted therapy sessions are $155 per 55-minutes.

Couple sessions can include but are not limited to partners, spouses, friends, and family units working to improve interpersonal communication. Couple sessions do not include parents of minor supporting child during counseling and not participating int he counseling process.

Cancellation Fee:
A cancellation fee at the rate of the session fee is charged for appointments that are changed or cancelled for any reason within 24 hours.

Accepted Payments:
A credit card on file is required to schedule an appointment. I accept payment via all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo.

Out of Network Billing:
I currently do not accept insurance. If your insurance has “Out of Network” benefits, I can provide you with a Superbill (a receipt) that you can use to be reimbursed. I do not, however, guarantee their reimbursement policies.

Good Faith Estimate:
You have the right to obtain a “Good Faith Estimate” describing how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers must give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
